Emmanuel "Noel" Silan is an avid learner and has a PhD in Organization Development where his dissertation was focused on Leadership Development. He holds an MA degree in Instruction Development and Technology, has completed all academic units in MA in Guidance and Counseling from Xavier University, and has a degree in BS Geography from University of the Philippines – Diliman.
He holds two Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Masters Practitioner Certification from two institutions: one under Mr. Barney Wee of Mindtransformation Ltd. Based in Singapore, and another one from Mr. James William Andrews, from NLP Marin, California, USA.
Noel has recently completed his Master in Counseling Psychology and is presently taking his 2nd PhD course, this time as PhD in Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University.
He is a certified NLP and Coaching Master Trainer, an NLP Coach-Counselor, and provides psychotherapy primarily using Therapeutic NLP, CBT, and Hypnotherapy, among other counseling techniques.
Noel is a Co-Founder, Lead Consultant, and Head Trainer of NLP Manila Corp. – the premier NLP Coaching-Counseling organization in the Philippines. He focuses on crafting and facilitating NLP Certification Courses, Coaching Courses, and Counseling using NLP and CBT.
He also facilitates training and developmental programs under People Management and Organization Development.
Noel's passion is to help and guide people towards their quest for personal transformation and achieving outcomes beyond imagination.
Noel is a bookworm, an author, an outdoors enthusiast, an ultra-marathoner, a former triathlete, and a lover of the sea.
