Anastasia (Lay Hong) has over 15 years of senior finance leadership experience in Global Technology companies with proven track records in delivering business results thru effective influencing of senior executives, building top notch team and developing talents through coaching and mentorship to help them realize their potential and advance their career.

Outside of work, she supported individuals in career transition including resume writing & interview preparation. Anastasia also helped individuals worked through life and work challenges such as reconnecting with their values, breakaway from victim mindset or limiting beliefs to see possibilities and options.

Her strength is the ability to listen to the unsaid & sense the limiting beliefs and conflicts, and helps create the realization within the individuals which allow them to make meaningful shift and move forward using a combination of NLP techniques, ICF coach core competencies &/or Enneagram tool. The coaching sessions often resulted in multiplier effect as individuals were able to apply their learnings and make connection to other aspect of their life, which were extremely rewarding for Anastasia.

Anastasia is an ICI Certified Coach, ICF Associate Certified Coach and iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner.

She is passionate in helping others realize their potential and constantly upgrading her knowledge & skills. After completing her Applied Bazi and Tarot Card trainings under Way Fengshui Academy, she has started to integrate the ancient Chinese Bazi (also known as “The Four Pillars of Destiny” or “The Eight Characters”, an ancient birth chart profiling and destiny reading system) into coaching.
