I am a psychotherapist, ICI coach, member of an international organization, the International Association of Coaching Institutes, a trainer, manager with over 10 years of experience. I have certificates of Polish and international units and organizations in the field of coaching (ICI) and various therapeutic methods. Since 2005, I have graduated from two faculties: Human Resource Management and Strategic Management, Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University Nowy Sącz / Chicago.
Until 2021, I was involved in several areas in parallel:
- support in managing the development of the organization and coaching / therapeutic activities for individuals;
- as part of the Research and Training Institute, I conducted over a thousand hours of training in the area of sales competences and social competences;
- I provided support in the field of life coaching.
Currently, he focuses on the therapeutic work with the ISTDP method (INTENSIVE SHORT-TERM DYNAMIC PSYCHOTHERAPY).I consider the innovative method of ISTDP therapy as a complete and reliable tool for effective therapeutic work.
I work with the best facility of Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy in Poland - ISTDP Center. It is a certified IEDTA (International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association) therapeutic center. I have completed the PRE-CORE Training training. I am currently finishing an advanced 3-year Core Training course at Centrum ISTDP (Warsaw / Berlin), certified by the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA)
- a center recommended by the American Psychological Association.
