I am Elena Babić-Đaković, a Certified Life and Business Coach accredited by ICI. With over two decades of experience in the creative industry as a visual designer and artist, I transitioned to coaching in July 2023. My journey with coaching and NLP has profoundly impacted my life, enhancing my leadership skills, professional competencies, and self-confidence.

Inspired by my own growth, I now aim to support others in their journeys. Drawing from my own experiences and learnings from renowned coaches, I believe in the inner power within each individual to shape their reality, regardless of circumstances.

Having completed my coaching education in 2022 and NLP Master training in 2023 under the guidance of Emina Muharemović, I remained dedicated to continuous growth. Modeling and learning from coaches like Slavica Squire and Tony Robbins further enriched my expertise.

I offer personalized coaching sessions tailored to individual needs, one-on-one or in a group setting. Together, we delve into topics of significance, focusing on creating actionable plans for lasting change.  Through coaching questions, NLP techniques, and collaborative efforts, clients break free from limiting beliefs, manage emotions, and develop confidence and skills to achieve their aspirations. I educate and empower them to reach their goals, and overcome external and internal obstacles, guiding them through exploring all options and consciously selecting the best solutions for making lasting positive changes in their lives.
