"As a father and athlete, I live a life that requires me to balance multiple demands, something my clients also face day-in-day-out. And I can totally relate to these very real challenges. I also believe that it is entirely possible to optimise all aspects of life, having mastery in emotional and stress management, beautiful relationships, deep personal growth, and a healthy, mobile physique.
Today’s society expects performance, competition and perfection, which leads to an insidious increase in stress. I was surrounded by depressed people - low energy, drained, unhappy, lost, helpless. I have worked with many who believe they can do much more, and want to provide for people and purposeful causes that they feel for. Yet, with all the emotional motivation and heartfelt reasons to do well, things are not manifesting in the physical world. Something is holding them back, and I help them to identify it, and create a plan to move forward.
Years in military leadership has allowed me to be hugely familiar with what it takes to lead and create high-performing individuals and organisational units. When a single lapse can be life-and-death for the entire team, precision and trust becomes fundamental. Trust that someone else on the team has your back, and that he is precise in execution of the role that he plays.
As your guide, I will explore this terrain of human performance potential together with you.
