I am a passionate woman who, since childhood, has been fascinated by the automotive industry. Acquiring knowledge and experience in this field has been not only a hobby but also a passion for me. However, over time, I felt the need for change and wanted to broaden my horizons, which is why I decided to take on the role of a trainer in the automotive industry, where coaching is an integral part of it. In my work, I focus mainly on motivating and supporting others to achieve their goals and become the best in their profession. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that helps me in this task. I always try to use my skills to help my trainees succeed. I am a person who believes in continuous development and constant improvement of my skills. I am always open to new challenges and not afraid to experiment; thus, I can inspire others to take action and positively influence their professional development. My life motto is "The goal is the way, not the final destination," this is why in my work as a trainer and coach, I focus on shaping skills and supporting my trainees to achieve their goals and enjoy the journey of their realization.
