Practicing coach and systemic consultant. I combine my coaching practice with engineering work in the high-tech sector: since 2016, I have been working as a Design Engineer for nuclear power plant equipment at a leading research center, performing expert documentation review (normative control) and serving as an appointed Safety Culture Ambassador.
