In my consulting practice, I combine professional coaching, the ECA systemic approach, methods for working with emotionally charged experiences, and engineering experience in the real sector.
Since 2016, I have worked as a design engineer at a major research center in the nuclear industry. Over the course of my engineering career, I progressed from Category II Design Engineer to Lead Design Engineer.
Working in an engineering environment shaped my systemic approach to complex problems: understanding context, identifying interconnections and constraints, testing assumptions, working with requirements, and evaluating solutions by their practical outcomes. I also apply these principles in consulting when a situation involves multiple stakeholders, interests, constraints, or possible directions of development.
Main Areas of Practice
Business, Leadership and Professional Development
I work with executives, business owners, and professionals facing complex choices, career or professional transitions, high workloads, conflicting goals, and the need to make decisions under uncertainty.
Professional Coaching
Defining and refining goals and decision criteria, exploring options, moving from intention to action, and navigating professional and personal change.
Systemic Consulting
Working with situations in which decisions are influenced by relationships, roles, organizational or family context, the actions of other people, and recurring patterns of interaction.
Emotionally Charged Situations
Working with stress, persistent reactions, and experiences that continue to affect a person’s state, decisions, and actions even when the situation is already understood rationally.
