About Uwe Jungclaus
I am just over 60 years old, the father of two grown-up children and the grandfather of three wonderful grandchildren. I have worked in education for over 30 years and have gained a lot of valuable experience during this time, both as a teacher and as a special educational needs teacher. My interests lie in education and psychology, and I have worked intensively on topics such as resilience, happiness, satisfaction and the meaning of life.
I am convinced that we are all lifelong learners - this is not only a principle that I teach, but also a value that I live by myself. That's why I wrote the book ‘Learning and Personality’, which deals with the connection between personal growth and education.
In my coaching work, I combine in-depth knowledge with many years of practical experience. Whether value-orientated systemic coaching (SCM) or resource-orientated approaches such as the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM) - my aim is to support you on your path to greater serenity, inner strength and resilience. The philosophy of stoicism helps me to cultivate an attitude of calm and equanimity in everyday life.
Life constantly presents us with challenges, but ultimately we are the ones who decide how we interpret and evaluate them. I am firmly convinced that we ourselves are part of the solution if we learn to question and adapt our perspectives. I would like to pass this confidence on to you in order to find new paths together.
