My motive stems from a deep belief that each person already carries the potential for change and fulfillment, but that they are often not aware of their own capacities or they are trapped in limiting beliefs, fears, and patterns that inhibit it. That's why I want to be a support in that process - through questions, structure, and presence, help people release inner resources, regain faith in themselves, and create change which are sustainable, realistic, and in line with their values. I am inspired by working on the combination of personal and professional development, because I believe that true success cannot be built on internal dissatisfaction and exhaustion.
As a Bach practitioner and coach, I see myself as a person who creates a safe, confidential, and supportive space in which a person can see themselves without masks, pressure, and expectations. My approach is calm, pleasant, and focused on substance - to what is really happening beneath the surface of behavior, words, and decisions. I don't want to impose either. I offer ready-made solutions, but through the process I want to help the person to come to their own insights, answer and direction.
