My name is Karina Grudina. I am a MD with a specialization in gastroenterology. I practiced medicine for eight years. During my tenure, I came to the realization that most illnesses are the result of a person’s physiological mind frame. I decided I would add more value if I stopped treating symptoms and helped people at their core. I am now a certified life coach and am in the process of completing my Master’s Degree in Psychology.
