I am Jovana Njavro, a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of international experience in working with people, leadership, and organizational change.
Throughout my career in global corporations, one thing became increasingly clear to me: people go through many transitions, professionally, personally, and emotionally, and often need support in navigating them with more clarity and confidence.
Alongside my professional journey, sport has been a significant part of my life for over 30 years. I spent 10 years in synchronized swimming, 5 years in rafting, 14 years in diving, and since 2021, running has become part of my everyday discipline.
Sport taught me resilience, discipline, teamwork, and the importance of mental strength, not only in performance, but in life.
Life itself brought many transitions as well; moving countries, starting over, adapting to new environments, and building a life in different places, including the USA, Croatia, and Serbia. These experiences deepened my understanding of change, uncertainty, and the emotional process that often comes with new beginnings.
Through both professional and personal experiences, I developed a strong passion for human potential, growth, and supporting others through periods of change, whether in sport, career, or life.
I look forward to new challenges, meaningful opportunities, and supporting others in navigating change, achieving their goals, and reaching their full potential, especially athletes and individuals going through important life and career transitions.
