I am an entrepreneur, PR professional, coach, and educator with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, communication, public speaking, and working with people in demanding professional environments.
Over the years, my professional focus has increasingly moved toward psychosomatics and the complex relationship between stress, emotions, the nervous system, trauma, and physical symptoms.
My work today is particularly focused on migraine, stress regulation, psychosomatic awareness, and the patterns that can keep the body in a prolonged state of tension and internal pressure. I support individuals in developing a deeper understanding of their own responses, recognising the connection between emotional experience and physical symptoms, and creating meaningful and sustainable change from within.
My approach combines professional experience in communication and leadership with coaching, psychosomatic education, and lived experience. Having personally navigated years of chronic migraine, intense stress, major life transitions, and the process of rebuilding stability after difficult circumstances, I understand both the complexity of these processes and the importance of approaching them with responsibility, structure, and compassion.
A significant part of my work is dedicated to women who have spent years functioning under pressure, carrying responsibility for others, adapting, enduring, and continuing even when their bodies are signalling that something needs to change.
Through individual work and education, my aim is to create a space in which people can understand their patterns more deeply, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater emotional and physiological stability.
I believe that sustainable transformation begins with awareness, personal responsibility, and the willingness to understand what the body may have been communicating for years.
From the inside out.
