Currently, Chief People Officer at the Rogers Group, my current span of responsibility covers 5,000+ employees over 13 countries and 7 business sectors (Aviation, FinTech, Leisure, Hospitality, Logistics, Real Estate and Agribusiness).
With over 18+ years in Human Resources & People Development including 10+ years at C-Suite level, I have worked across various industries with a varied international exposure (including Mauritius, France, India, Madagascar, Mozambique, South Africa and Singapore).
Born and living with my happy family in the tropical island of Mauritius, I am passionate about making the world a better place to work.
Holder of a Master’s in Business Administration, I also hold a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Semantics and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
