About Cand. Scient. Hannah Kamstrup Wermuth

Born 1970. Married. Three children.

I spend much of my work day solving problems through process optimization and practical problem solving. Since many processes are driven by people, change management is an important part of my work. In order to become more proficient at driving these changes, I had the luck in the summer of 2018, I was given the opportunity to become an ICI certified coach.
 
This education became an eye opener to me. Experiencing how effectfully simple techniques like a good framework, some powerful tools and questions could support and help another human being to solve or deal with a problem or support them on their further journey, has changed my life.
You can do what you want. If you really want it. Period!
 
And I can coach you to reach your goal (if you really want to - and dare)
 
I have  personal work experience with business at all levels (white collars, blue collars, directors, academics, project managers, IT people etc.) and various kinds of companies (eg. universities, public sector, start ups, consultancy).
 
From my private personal life have experience with for example:
 
- workrelated stress
- dealing with a child with a chronic illness (my daughter has diabesis 1)
- losing a parent to illness
