About Albert Lee
I am passionately in personal development and work on myself, and I found I am able to offer what I learn to help my friends and team members in coaching.
Through the past years of learning and applying, some of my friend noticed the difference in me and how I have integrated coaching mindset to make my communication effective and gaining trust in a short conversation.

I currently work full time as a Manager in engineering company, leading the production team to meet on-time delivery targets and also solving stock management issues.
I have also coached my clients to excel in their own company KPI, by exploring and discovering the resources they didn’t know they already have.
The feedback from my coachee have been positive, and most importantly they felt I have given them a safe space to express themselves and their challenges. I think that matters the most in a coaching relationship.
