Mission of the Advisory Board for Onboarding Institutes

To provide expert guidance and strategic oversight to the onboarding process, protecting the core values of our associations and ensuring informed decision-making to address key challenges.

Since the association's founding in 2001, the onboarding of new institutes has been a central focus. The original concept was and remains the targeted support of new member institutes during their first seven training programs through an experienced member institute. And, of course, assistance was always also part of the onboarding concept.
