About Bastian Lindberg

Real growth comes from inside.

For over 15 years, I have been moving myself and others at the intersection of inside and outside, people and systems, attitude and action, heart and mind, the tried and tested and the new. I am convinced that personal growth and systemic evolution go hand in hand.
For me, coaching means opening up inner access and dissolving obstacles. In our work together, we combine existing resources with new skills so that personal development becomes a natural part of everyday life – without consciously calling on coaching techniques. This approach ensures lasting results. My experience shows that only what has been truly transformed within a person can generate valuable change from itself.
My coaching services are tailored to you as an individual and at the same time follow a clear process that leads you step by step to greater clarity, capacity for action, and fulfillment of values. In doing so, I combine the clear structure of the St. Gallen Coaching Model with my experience from other mindfulness-based approaches (e.g., focusing).
