My name is AnÄ‘ela Gaco. I was born on November 5, 1993, and for more than ten years I have been working with people — through education, hospitality, and leadership.
During my studies at the Faculty of Health Studies, I worked as a ski instructor. After earning my Master’s degree in Sanitary Engineering, life led me to managing our family restaurant Garden, which I have successfully run for the past eight years together with a team of ten people.
I have completed numerous trainings and masterclasses in tourism and hospitality, and I am also a certified sommelier.
