We mourn the loss of our IN & ICI cofounder and Board Member
Bernd Isert
who passed away unexpectedly in Nigeria on the 21 January 2017. He strongly influenced NLP & Coaching worldwide.

Dear Bernd, our thoughts are with you. Thank you so much for your friendship.

"Solutions can be found everywhere" was his motto. And he was famous for his creative solutions in all areas of life. Among them was the founding of our associations IN and ICI in 2001 and our IN and ICI World Congress in Brazil in 2009.

Bernd felt at home in many places at the world and he used this passion for his camps in Brazil and Italy. For years these camps have been places of international encounter, networking, teaching, learning, enthusiasm and belonging. So he will live on in the hearts of many people in different countries and he will be linked inseparable with NLP, coaching and constellations.

His legacy will go on. Bernd is a pioneer in NLP, Coaching and Constellation trainings and his legacy will go on. With his close and dear friend Bento from Sao Paulo we founded in 2018 the World Constellation Organization WSCO and in 2019 Bento will organize our World Congress in NLP, Coaching, Hypnosis and Constellation in Brazil. Here we will follow the spirit of our beloved Bernd.

We are always connected with you in our hearts. Thank you so much for all your past and future inspiration. You left us too early! We will carry on your work.
