The "Advanced Fundamental Coaching Skills" training has been much more than learning coaching techniques for me. It has been a meaningful journey of self-discovery, reflection, and growth.

What made this experience truly special was mgr Lilianna Kupaj. She created an atmosphere of trust, openness, and psychological safety that encouraged everyone to learn, experiment, and step outside their comfort zone. Her calm presence, insightful questions, and genuine belief in each participant's potential made me feel seen, supported, and inspired throughout the entire program.

This training not only strengthened my coaching competencies but also changed the way I listen, communicate, and connect with others. It reminded me that coaching is not about giving answers but about creating a space where people can discover their own.

I am deeply grateful for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend both the training and mgr Lilianna Kupaj to anyone who wants to become a more confident, ethical, and compassionate coach.
