The
certification guidelines are:

Each
training program for coaching - coach, master-coach, and master coach
trainer - has an international high quality standard.

The
minimum period of time is six months - between the beginning of two successive
coaching training
programs.

ICI
licensed
Coaching-Institutes
permit only Coach Master Trainer to conduct and certify the various training
programs of coaching. These Coach Master Trainer have themselves completed all three training
programs. Before they conduct trainings for Coach they have gained qualifying experience as assistants
in programs for coach and master coach. The ICI licensed Coaching-Institutes ensure that their
Master Coach Trainer satisfy these
criteria.

The
training programs for coaching offered by the ICI licensed Coaching-Institutes are conducted
to at least 80% by one or more Master Coach Trainer. The remaining 20% may be
conducted by assistants working under supervision of Master Coach Trainer.
