Requirements

• Master Coach (at least 56 days including methods expertise such as NLP-Practitioner and NLP-Master), 
• NLP-Trainer-Training each at least 18 days
• minimum age: 25 years
• completed professional training
• 30 hours coaching regarding the development of Master Coachtrainer skills through a qualified coach
• qualified assistance in a coachtraining
• 150 hours reflected training experience
• Cooperation with an experienced Member Institute of ICI during the first 7 coach standard trainings

Written Trainer concept, 30 pages, 3 months before

• USP (Unique Selling Proposition)
• Coachcurriculum and seminar-sequence considering as example
• demonstration by means of a method that is of relevancy for coaching, including possible applications in a coachtraining additional material in attachment, e.g. handouts, powerpoint, manual, media and pictures of flipcharts

Colloquium of Master Coach Trainer skills regarding:

• demonstration of coaching formats
• opening- and closure sequences
• time management
• energy choreography
• dealing with difficult situations
• colourful arrangement ofbackground knowledge
• Master Coachtrainer feedback
• media competence
• group dynamics
• state management
• rapport to groups
• multi-level-communication
• application and attentiveness in dealing with language
• idea of man, ethics and ecology
• basic knowledge of psychopathology
• certification skills

ICI Membership

After passing the ICI-Master-Coachtrainer certificate, one can file an application for ICI membership that includes the possibilty to use the ICI- seal. An ICI membership on the Master Coachtrainer's degree currently costs 100 euros a year. A seal costs 15 euros.

Maintenance of Master Coachtrainer status

• at least 10 days retraining within 5 years
• at least 4 days teaching of Coaching within 2 years
