Regarding the development of the Coach Master Trainer curriculum, our measure of quality is the highest professional and ethical standards existing for Coaching.

All ICI Coach Master Trainer are committed to high ethical standards in working with human beings and to abiding by these standards in our efforts to further the well-being of all humanity and the maintenance of justice and peace worldwide.

• Master Coach (at least 56 days including methods expertise such as NLP-Practitioner and NLP-Master), 
• NLP-Trainer-Training each at least 18 days
• minimum age: 25 years
• completed professional training
• 30 hours coaching regarding the development of Master Coachtrainer skills through a qualified coach
• qualified assistance in a coachtraining
• 150 hours reflected training experience
• Cooperation with an experienced Member Institute of ICI during the first 7 coach standard trainings
