All ICI Master Coach Trainer are committed to high ethical standards in working with human beings and to abiding by these standards in our efforts to further the well-being of all humanity and the maintenance of justice and peace worldwide.

• Master Coach (at least 56 days including methods expertise such as NLP-Practitioner and NLP-Master), 
• NLP-Trainer-Training each at least 18 days
• Master Trainer
• minimum age: 25 years
• completed professional training
• 50 hours coaching regarding the development of Master Coachtrainer skills through a qualified coach
• qualified assistance in a coachtraining
