1. Requirements for participation

Coach and NLP-Master certificate or a comparable qualification according to ICI standards.

At least 1 year of Coach-experience since the certification as Coach. .

2. Duration of training

a) minimum of 45 training hours in at least 6 days.

b) plus at least 20 hours of coaching (two completed cases plus case documentations)

c) plus at least 10 hours of individual or group supervision provided by a coach trainer.

The contents of the supervision are determined on the basis of the 20 hours of coaching and supervision (e.g., in peer groups) that were provided by the respective participants. This supervision complements the at least 45 hours of training and the 20 hours of coaching and supervision completed by the participants.

Contents of the Master Coach Certificate 

The Master Coach certificate must include the following:

1. Statement that all ICI guidelines have been met

2. The ICI seal

3. The duration of the course with precise information regarding training days and hours

4. Date of the first and last day of the course

5. Signature of the Master Trainers

6. Title: Master Coach
