In
voting on a particular issue, the members with the greatest experience in
the pertinent area make the decisions while considering the voiced concerns of
all other members. The process of voting on issues is guided by the
fundamental ideas of coaching, being motivation and the freedom of options beginning at the
7th Graves-level.
